Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Valet Manager Downtown at Premier Valet Parking in Columbus, OH. The Manager will oversee day-to-day valet parking operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient parking management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the valet team, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality standards are met.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure safe and efficient parking of vehicles, including manual transmission handling.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee financial transactions.
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest services and improve overall valet operations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
