Job Description Summary
Premier Visions, Inc. is a privately owned, locally operated A/V systems installation and integration company with world-wide clientele.
We currently have an immediate opening for an Lead Installation Technician.
This position requires experience in: audio, video, wire management, networking, automation, CCTV, and other technical systems.
Job Responsibilities
The Lead Technician is responsible for various installation as well as supervise installation technicians including, but not limited to: Pre-wire of new and retrofit construction, installation of audio, video, voice, data, CCTV, home automation systems, wired and wireless computer networks, and the ability to read Blue Prints. The Lead Technician will be required to be at a job site with or without other installers at times.
Position requires periodic travel for training and out of area installations. Also, periodic evenings and weekends may be required.
Education and Experience
High school degree or equivalent required. Experience in construction, custom electronics, telecommunications, computer networking, and/or home automation systems preferred.
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Individual should be self-motivated, detailed oriented with good organizational and leadership skills and should have ability to deal with customers in a professional friendly manner. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with or without direct supervision or support.
Ability to follow a checklist, processes, and procedures to ensure job completion including testing and documentation to adhere to company policy and standards.
Language Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team leaders, managers, and customers using written and verbal communications.
Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, deal with several abstract and concrete variables and apply previous experience to solve problems.
Requirements:
Must contain basic knowledge of installing and programming Crestron, Savant, Lutron, RTI, URC and Video over IP.
Valid Driver's License (clean driving record)

Complete background and drug screening will be performed
Compensation:
Pay commensurate with background experience, certifications, and qualifications.
Benefits (after 90 day probationary period)
Paid vacations / paid time off: 1 Week per year after the first year and 2 weeks per year after the 3rd year.
