What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tarper position at Premier Warehousing Services, Inc.?
POSITION: Tarper
Full-Time
Job Duties Include: (but not limited to)
- Involves covering loaded 45-53 ft flatbed trailers with tarps and securing the load and tarps with bungee cords and 4 inch straps per customer, company and DOT standards.
- Physical job that may require working indoors and outdoors and in all types of weather.
- Observes all safety policies and wears the required Personal Protective Equipment at all times
- Keeps work areas and truck lots clean and orderly
- Works well with others
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 am, and ends when the workload is complete. Weekend work and overtime may be required, if needed.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
- Benefits Offered after 90 Days of employment
- Weekly Pay: Every Friday
- Direct deposit available
Must pass a background check, drug screen and be 18 years or older.
