The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As the Unit Manager you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including :
- Responsible for the Nursing care nad services provided on the assigned unit
- Supervises and directs nursing / health care personnel on a particular unit
- Assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for residents' care on assigned unit
