Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and advanced professional Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Handling all incoming communications related to new and existing patients.
- Engage with New Patient Calls: Professionally handle incoming new patient phone calls. Provide accurate and informative responses to inquiries. Guide potential patients through initial queries with patience and empathy.
- Scheduling patients for their subsequent appointments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Maintaining 100% data accuracy for each patient across all appointments.
- Managing the appointment confirmation and reminder system.
- Managing the process for appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and addressing broken appointments.
- Upholding a consistently high rate of kept appointments.
- Facilitating seamless patient check-in and providing necessary information to providers for each treatment.
- Ensuring that patients have their next appointment scheduled before concluding their ongoing visit.
- Monitoring and ensuring completion of recommended treatments before patient check-out.
- Collecting and scheduling patient payments.
- Assisting patients in completing required paperwork in preparation for re-exams at appropriate intervals.
- Leading daily team huddles in accordance with the Driven Operating System.
- Promotion of Offers: Promote and support new patient offers to attract and retain clients. Demonstrate the value of these offers in line with the patient's needs.
