THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
You'll work a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, Monday through Friday. Your hours will be negotiable within our office schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
As our full- or part-time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our integrated wellness center. You'll conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address individual needs. Collaborating with our team, you'll implement hands-on therapy and provide guidance on therapeutic exercises. Your responsibilities will also include supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and documenting patient progress accurately. OUR IDEAL PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Although not required, having any of the following would be a huge plus:
- Experience with Medicare and personal injury
- McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) certified
- MDT, COMT, COMPT, FAAOMPT, MTC, SFMA, FMS, or CSCS certified
- Completed movement analysis courses, including Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), FMS, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI)
- Knowledge of manual techniques for joint work
- Knowledge of soft tissue work, including IASTM, Graston, Astym, Sastym, Active Release Technique (ART), Strain Counterstrain / positional release, and Neurokinetic Theory
- Knowledge of pain education and neurodynamics, with courses from the International Spine & Pain Institute
- Knowledge of Scoliosis care and the Schroth method
