We're seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Premier Wireless team. As a Wireless Retail Sales/Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

- Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales performance goals using prescribed selling methods
- Manage store inventory, appearance, and work schedules within established budgets

Compensation:
- Hourly commission ($17 - $20)
- Bonus (up to $1,100 monthly)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12-18 months of experience and/or training in the cellular sales industry
- Sales associate and/or assistant store manager experience at Premier Wireless preferred
