Must have computer skills, must be service oriented, must be flexible (willing to work at any of our 2 facilities), and must be a team player. Skills in multi-tasking and critical thinking will be an essential part of the job. Sunday availability a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients, as well as turnover and maintenance
- Administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests
- Assist physicians with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
- Phlebotomy
- Organizing schedules to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner
- Helping maintain a clean, courteous, and professional clinical environment
- Assistance with scheduling and review of next days schedule to prepare providers
- Occasional front desk duties

Qualifications & Experience
- Associates or High School Diploma/GED required
- Medical Assistant certification
- 1 years relevant experience in the healthcare field
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
- Phlebotomy
- OBGYN experience is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
