Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to) :
- Be an ambassador for the Premier1 Automotive brand and its core values
- Greet / respond to customers in person, on the phone, or email using established guidelines and processes
- Follow-up with customer inquiries within 10 minutes
- Document customer concerns, open service ticket, and work with Technicians and Operations Manager to assign ticket to technician as appropriate
- Communicate vehicle diagnosis, repair recommendations, and regular status updates to customers in a timely manner
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their repair and service needs are met
- Meet and Exceed customer service expectations of our customers every time
- Order parts
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
