POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist clients on various platforms offered by PremierBank, including, but not limited to, online and mobile banking, Bill Pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, wire transfers, ACH transfers, Zelle transfers, and debit cards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project a friendly and professional persona, by phone and in writing, consistently using proper grammar and punctuation when communicating with customers.
2. Answer incoming phone calls from external or internal customers regarding digital banking products and manage the resolution of the call from start to finish in a timely manner.
3. Understand functionality of PremierBank’s digital banking products to be able to assist internal and external customers.
4. Assist with maintaining digital banking process and procedure documentation.
5. Work exception items and fraud suspects
6. Provide hands-on assistance, as needed, for all Digital Banking products.
7. Understand the process of ACH transactions, Zelle, debit card payments, and other transactions.
8. Work with other Bank employees to resolve client requests and discrepancies related to Digital Banking Operations
9. Assist in preparation and research pertaining to auditing, examinations, and monitoring requests.
10. Assist/lead in projects as assigned by VP/Director of Digital Banking
11. Manage the end-to-end implementation process for online Treasury Management accounts and provide product support for customers.
12. Work with customers to uncover needs offered through the Treasury Management platform and develop a customized approach for each company/organization.
13. Ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes.
14. Conduct onsite and virtual tutorials of the Treasury Management platform for prospects and clients.
15. Maintain a current portfolio of customer implementations and related promised dates, monitoring requests to ensure outstanding items are resolved in a timely manner.
16. Perform post-onboarding reviews with customers to ensure expectations are met and users are satisfied with the online services.
17. Monitor daily reports regarding digital products.
18. Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both verbally and in written format, with excellent active listening skills.
· Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
· A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, banking software and the ability to operate general office equipment.
· The ability to utilize established guidelines and use common sense in problem-solving and decision-making methods.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· A high school diploma or equivalent
· Banking experience a must
Please note that this is a fully in-person position requiring the employee to be at our Fort Atkinson location for our regular work hours. Regular work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Variable overtime may be required.
