Forklift Operator/Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by fabricating and assembling components to meet quality standards and production goals.

Duties

• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Operate machinery on the assembly line while adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed, demonstrating versatility in various assembly tasks.
• Operate forklifts as required for moving materials around the facility.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus, along with any relevant certifications.
