The Investor Relations / Business Development Professional will be a part of a 4-person sales team located in San Francisco, focusing on various private wealth channels and institutional investors in the Western U.S. This person will also generate leads through proactive sales campaigns as well as performing follow up for senior level team members. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include and not be limited to :
- Promote and support the sale of the equity hedge fund and venture capital funds through external wealth platform channels
- Manage inbound inquiries from existing investor base efficiently and effectively
- Assist senior-level sales professionals with scheduling appointments with investors and prospects, as well as follow-up on their prior meetings
- Maintain databases with pertinent investor information to support sales efforts
- Actively participate in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Identify investor opportunities and schedule individual meetings accordingly
