Temporary Program Supervisor Full-Time (34 Month Assignment with On-Call)
Premiere Behavioral Supports is currently hiring a Temporary Program Supervisor for a full-time, 34 month role supporting our behavioral services team during a staff leave of absence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead, organize, and support staff who provide essential care to adults with developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings.
As a Temporary Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring staff are compliant with all required trainings, including state-mandated certifications and internal agency trainings. You will contact staff directly via phone, text, and email to follow up on overdue trainings, provide clear instructions on how to complete them, and document all outreach. Your leadership in this area will ensure continued compliance with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) requirements and our commitment to providing high-quality, ethical care.
You will also support the recruitment and onboarding process by participating in interviews for new staff and evaluating candidate readiness to support adults with developmental disabilities. In addition, you will monitor staff documentation-specifically progress notes-to ensure they are submitted accurately and on time. When notes are missing or incomplete, you will follow up with staff, provide reminders, and track outcomes.
In collaboration with the scheduling team, you will assist in staffing open shifts, particularly when urgent needs arise. A key part of this role includes serving on-call every other weekend, during which you will respond to staffing issues, assist with schedule coverage, and act as a point of contact for field staff. You'll receive a $150 stipend for each on-call weekend you cover.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in developmental disability services, staff supervision, or behavioral health who is confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and compassionate tone.
