The Role
Are you mechanical and like working in the field on printer equipment? Do you want to build a long-term career with a company that values your expertise and will provide training to help you succeed? Premiere Business Innovations is seeking a Printer Field Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you will repair and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers, learn about new applications that we are working with to ensure printer management & reliability, as well as, maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices.
· Provide exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.
· Maintain accurate records of service and inventory.
· Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readiness for repairs.
· Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, with basic familiarity in network setup being a plus.
· Open to learning new technologies and solutions that enhance them.

The Person
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Physical requirements: ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or to lift or move 50 pounds.
· A High School Diploma or GED is required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
· Mechanical or technical repair experience (minimally 3-5 years of prior field service experience as a technician working on color copiers, printers and MFPs preferred).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
