Premiere Irrigation has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, customer focused and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties include (but are not limited to) answering customer phone calls and emails, scheduling service calls for service technicians, working with management on a daily basis, assisting with the sales process, document processing and filing. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Smart Service a bonus but not necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service and clerical experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Familiarity with filing systems and data entry
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Background in office management and administrative tasks
- Ability to handle sales inquiries effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
