Daily Operations
- General office support includes but not limited to opening and closing daily at 8:45 and 5:15; answering phones, processing mail, processing checks, welcoming, and assisting guests and staff.
- Follow office procedures
- Maintain the President and VP of Operations calendars by setting appointments and sending a daily reminder of upcoming obligations.
- Calling agents to remind them of RSVPs, compliance paperwork requirements and other reminders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization

Manage office calendar and bookings

Technology & Systems
- Navigate Microsoft Office, MLS and transaction software
- Maintain office equipment

Troubleshoot equipment issues

Schedule
- Monday - Friday / 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- 30-minute lunch

Tier 1 Agent Support:
- Develop meaningful relationships with our real estate agents to promote retention and growth.
- Effectively consults and engages with PPR agents and others in problem solving matters associated with difficult or complex company issues.
- Provide exceptional support
- Facilitate group training by getting the room ready for the trainer and cleaning afterwards.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer skills
- Experienced in office equipment use
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
