Position Title: Sales Manager / VP of Sales (Title and Role Based on Experience)

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced sales leader that will drive revenue by overseeing team performance of Account Representatives in one or more regions. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, entrepreneurial, and eager to build and scale a high-performing sales team.
Premiere Property Services is a one-stop-shop property improvements business focused on make-ready/turns, repairs and maintenance, and capital projects for multifamily communities. The Company has a well-established base in West Michigan, recently opened a branch in Lansing, and is actively pursuing geographic expansion in other markets.
Note: This position offers flexibility in title and scope, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The role may range from managing a team of Account Representatives in West Michigan as Sales Manager to overseeing sales operations across multiple markets as VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support Account Representatives within one or more regions
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and managing of Account Representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in one or more territories
- Design and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalable operations
- Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Understand Premiere’s service offerings of make-ready/turns, repairs and maintenance, and capital projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing outside sales teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and improve sales process
- Experience selling business-to-business services
- Experience selling to the multifamily housing industry preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
