The Schedule We Are Hiring For
Saturday/Sunday: 6:00pm – 2:00am
Responsibilities:
- Provide Armed Security Officer services to protect the clients community, residents and its assets.
- Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Respond to complaints, alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have an Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Registration.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
- Must have a working email and cell phone.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous Armed Security is preferred.
- Must be well groomed.
- Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Having excellent verbal Spanish communication skills is a bonus.

- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.00 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Armed Security: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- VA DCJS Armed Security Registration (Required)
