Tuesday - Saturday Varied 8 hour shifts that start at 6:00pm, 7:00pm or 8:00pm
Sunday/Monday Varied 8 hour shifts that start at 6:00pm, 7:00pm or 8:00pm
Responsibilities: You will be providing Armed Security Officer services by conducting foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities. You will frequently check in with various apartment buildings and respond to any alarms or emergency situations in a timely manner. To maintain a secure environment, you will enforce the location's security policies and procedures. When needed, you will also coordinate with local law enforcement agencies. Using a cell phone, provided on location, you will keep a running Daily Activity Report while also submitting incident reports and maintenance requests when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have an Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Registration.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
- Must have a working email and cell phone.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous Armed Security is preferred.
- Must be well groomed.
- Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Having excellent verbal Spanish communication skills is a bonus.
Notes:
- The client will fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
