The Position we are hiring for:
Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm – 7:00am
Responsibilities:
These positions are for a residential building with limited exterior patrolling.
You will be providing Security Officer services by conducting patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities. You will frequently check property access points and respond to any alarms or emergency situations in a timely manner. To maintain a secure environment, you will enforce the locations security policies and procedures. When needed, you will also coordinate with local law enforcement agencies. Using a cell phone, provided on location, you will keep a running Daily Activity Report while also submitting incident reports and maintenance request when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have an active DC Security Officer License.
- Must have reliable transportation. Tardiness is not acceptable.
- Previous Security experience required.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Notes:
- MUST have an active DC Security Officer License at the time of interview.
- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
