Premiere Service Solutions is Houston's premiere residential and commercial cleaning company. Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our team by bringing on an office manager / brand ambassador. The position is fully remote and may include the following responsibilities :
Answering phone calls
Conducting preliminary customer booking confirmations
Revenue generation
Attending networking events
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
Communicating bookings with cleaning staff members
Conducting customer follow-ups
Managing company calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Monitoring social media accounts and engaging potential customers for business generation
Miscellaneous administrative tasks that may arise during the course of employment
