Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation, and networks. We are looking to add an experienced Branch Service Manager to our Service Department team.

What the Job Looks Like:
- Oversee all service-related calls
- Develop schedules, monitor plans, and document service upgrades
- Collaborate with the operations team for scheduling company installation and technical staff and any associated subcontractors
- Communicate progress and changes to customers and company installation and technical staff
Qualifications:
- 3 years of progressive experience providing project management functions or technical support in the audio/visual industry
- Strong technical knowledge of A/V systems including lighting, shading, automation, and networks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
- Management and sales experience preferred
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
