What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Coordinator position at Premiere Transitional Services?
Premiere Transitional Services, inc is a community based IFI and non-intensive DBHDD contracted provider. We serve Atlanta and Metro Atlanta. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a part time position.
Our QA Coordinator will work at our Hiram office location Monday-Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm and every other Friday 10:00-4:00: hours subject to changed based on agency need.
-1 year of experience in healthcare or mental health care administrative work is required
-Minimum education (associates degree)
-Must pass background check and drug test
Duties include but are not limited to:
-review treatment plans
-review client charts to ensure paperwork is properly filed and in place
-review discharge summaries and conduct discharge follow up
-conduct weekly quality assurance calls to our clients
-conduct quarterly stakeholder quality assurance calls
-assist HR department with quality assurance of staff files
-review DBHDD and CMO's updates as needed and collaborate with upper administrative staff on changes
-complete statistical data quarterly using the electronic medical records system
-other duties as assigned by clinical director and COO
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
