Job Responsibilities

• Pick up customer vehicles and drive them to service appointments.
• Return vehicles to customers once service is complete.
• Communicate professionally with customers to coordinate schedules.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.

What You Need to Join

• English Proficiency: Reading and speaking English are required to communicate effectively with customers and handle job-related documents.
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is essential.
• Insurance Requirments: Must be at least 24 years per insurance requirements.
• Reliable Vehicle: Must meet safety standards.
• Smartphone: Capable of running the Porter Pros app.
• Background Check: Successful completion is required.
• Drug Test: Successful completion is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in valet, dealership roles, or ride-sharing services is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professionalism, confidence, and trustworthiness in handling personal vehicles.

How to Get Started

• Apply Online: Complete our quick and simple application form.
• Provide Driving History: Send us a copy of your 3-year driving history from DMV. This can be obtained by visiting DMV via Oregon DMV Website you will want to select purchase my driving record. The record you want to purchase is the 3-year Non-Employment Driving Record & Employment Driving Record. Email these records to us once you have applied with a copy of your Drivers License.
• Onboarding: Go through an onboarding and training process to get started.
• Start Driving: Begin accepting requests and earning money right away!
