If you answered "yes!" to the above questions, come grow with us! We are seeking a full-time Call Center Agent to work at our Corporate Office located at 6640 Via Del Oro in San Jose, CA. The Call Center Agent's primary purpose is to assist members by handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner including calls that require problem resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities include :

  • Assists customers and potential customers with their telephone, email and chat requests.
  • Answer questions about products and services and resolves problems within authority.
  • Assist customers with online inquires and troubleshooting.
  • Sends secure emails and electronic forms as requested.
  • Perform daily duties accurately while maintaining acceptable production levels.
  • Actively offer products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Education and Qualifications :

  • Minimum Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
  • High school education or GED.
