Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Home Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will conduct residential home inspections and provide thorough, unbiased feedback to clients, ensuring they receive valuable insights regarding the property. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform residential home inspections, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting.
- Conduct additional inspections for add-on services, including mold, radon, thermal imaging, sewer, and water testing.
- Deliver clear and unbiased verbal and written reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain professionalism and build trust with clients, real estate agents, and team members through consistent communication, calm demeanor, and thoroughness.
- Promote and communicate the value of additional services to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving services, adding value, and expanding product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing in-house and field training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to training materials and assist in training new team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.

- Flexibility to work some weekends, depending on client needs.
