Radon Technician/Field Technician

Location: Front Range Area (Company vehicle provided)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Radon Technician / Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel throughout the Front Range area in a company-provided vehicle to perform sewer scopes and set up and retrieve radon testing equipment at various properties. You will interact with homeowners, Realtors, and fellow team members, providing detailed findings through written reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client properties in the Front Range area for radon testing and sewer scope services.
• Set up and retrieve radon machines, ensuring accurate testing and reporting.
• Communicate findings clearly in written reports to clients, Realtors, and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with homeowners and other stakeholders.
• Work independently and manage your schedule for an 8-hour shift (typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Perform follow-up tasks and report writing remotely (internet connection required). No office setting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certifications: Radon license is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Driving: Comfortable driving a company vehicle for extended hours.
• Work Environment: Remote work for follow-up tasks. No office environment currently.
