Description
- Performs data entry accurately
- Check and send faxes
- Scan, print, and organize files and documents
- Assist the credentialing and contracting department
- Call physician offices to obtain credentialing documents
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills (correct use of grammar and punctuation)
- Have clear and concise phone an verbal communication skills
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented and able to recognize vital information
- Ability to consistently maintain quality and production expectations
Requirements
- College degree
- Must be able to attend work as scheduled
- In-person, in-office, on-site
