What you will be doing:
- Servicing, replacing or retrieving our medical alarms and medication dispensers from existing clients
- Traveling to clients' homes to install "plug and play" medical alert systems
- Explaining to clients how the equipment works and testing the unit with them
- Collecting information from the clients to send back to the agency
- Answering any questions the clients have about the system
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Willingness to help people!
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- An operating motor vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check; drug screening and state background requirements
