The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who is starting out his / her Inside Sales Representative career to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly focused on exceeding customer expectations by providing first class service throughout the sales lifecycle from RFQ to product delivery.
  • Create quotes that maximize profit while maintaining a competitive edge within the marketplace.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains, creates, and manages orders, and establishes new accounts to meet individual sales goals
  • Works to build a strong and profitable network with vendors to source products and services.
  • Monitors competition by reviewing current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Maintains strong product knowledge to assist customers and properly source material
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Works across departments to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Looks for new business opportunities and develops innovative means to serve the Customer
  • Actively reaches out to current customers or prospects through email, phone calls, and outside calls to further cultivate and bring on new accounts Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or software products is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques and strategies for success.
