The Account Executive will assume managerial responsibilities, referring complex duties to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing client experiences and performing Manager On Duty tasks.
- Anticipate client needs and communicate store metrics to motivate associates.
- Coach associates in real-time to optimize productivity and capture sales opportunities.
Main Duties:
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including registries and checklists.
- Perform tasks requiring approval, such as PIN and signature privileges for register functions.
- Use reports to inform merchandising decisions and style the store according to Division standards.
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
