Your Role
- You'll provide exceptional customer service, promoting our products and building brand relationships.
- You'll actively assist management in growing store business.
- You'll serve multiple customers simultaneously, multitask, and handle projects efficiently.
- You'll stay aware of fashion trends and seek information about new arrivals, including product knowledge on fit, color, fashion, etc.
- You'll use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers and suggest items that meet their needs.
- You'll develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive work environment.
- You'll proactively communicate store information, brand initiatives, discrepancies, and other relevant details to management to enhance the customer experience.
- You'll achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.
- You'll maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching, and feedback.
- You'll support operational excellence in all areas, including managing inventory according to policies and procedures.
