Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and motivate store teams to achieve optimal business results
- Drive sales and support store goals
- Assist leadership team in executing merchandise and marketing promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and sell directly with customers
Talent Development
- Coach associates to create enjoyable shopping experiences
- Assist leadership team in new hire onboarding and training
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver sales results
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 1-3 years of specialty retail experience
- Prior sales leadership experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat, and bend for up to 4 hours or longer
- Ability to use common tools and operate computerized register systems
