Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates
- Facilitate onboarding and document collection (all electronic)
- Utilize our database software for candidate tracking and data entry
- Support Staffing Managers in day-to-day operations, including shift management, real-time communication with staff and clients, and entry-level HR or administrative tasks
- Occasional site visits for staff check-ins, and sometimes fill in at events for last minute callouts or no-shows
- Entry level staff expectation and accountability tasks
Requirements:
- Verifiable experience working in a full-time work from home environment.
- Must reside in Colorado or Texas
- Dedicated home office with internet access and distraction free
- Proven work experience in the Staffing Industry or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates via phone or in person
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events and staff daily
- Adaptability to handle changing tasks throughout the day while maintaining focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of the catering and banquet industry preferred (but not required)
- Prior direct or indirect experience with accountability for policies such as dress code, attendance, punctuality, etc.
- Prior experience in the service industry is a plus
- Ability to work non-standard hours with occasional pop-up tasks and split shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Occasional on-site event visits
- Flexibility to sometimes work events last minute for call offs or no shows.

- Monday to Sunday - 4 days on and 3 days off. Hours can be between 8a and 8p. A fixed schedule will be provided but you must be open to the above hours and days
