A Field Service Technician of Premium Farm Solutions provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

Job Duties include:
- Daily in-field service work, travelling to customer sites.
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients.
- Respond to and execute service calls with a positive attitude.
- Operate vehicles and drive in a safe manner.
- Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while using your own technical judgment regarding complex tasks.
- Firm technical knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, mechanical engineering schematics and electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose root issues with equipment disfunction and/or failures.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical problems to customers and service manager.
- Experience or willingness to learn in a skilled trade like: Plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, welding, or fabrication.
