Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring every detail is planned and executed flawlessly.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and help prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring focus on the most impactful activities.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure commitments are met.
- Collaborate with the executive team to manage cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify obstacles and implement solutions to drive progress and efficiency.
- Serve as the CEO’s liaison, handling confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide occasional support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling, research and event planning.
- Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring the CEO’s office and related functions operate smoothly.
