Position Overview
The Product Photographer plays a key role in creating, managing, and organizing digital assets, with a primary focus on product photography. This role involves capturing high-quality product images, ensuring consistency in digital content, and maintaining accurate product information across platforms. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for learning.
Responsibilities
Photography:
o Capture high-quality images of products for various digital platforms and marketing materials using companies 360° photo equipment, utilizing easy point and click operation.
o Ensure all photos meet company standards and guidelines.
o Coordinate with the warehouse to collect sample products for photography and ensure timely delivery.
Photo Editing:
o Edit and retouch images using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
o Crop, resize, and format photos to meet specific requirements.
o Maintain a consistent style and branding across all images.
Digital Asset Management:
o Organize and maintain the digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of images.
o Label, tag, and categorize files for efficient organization.
Audits and Updates:
o Conduct regular audits of product information to identify and correct inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to product data management and photography coordination.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree or coursework in photography, media, design, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing techniques.
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Basic understanding of PIM systems and product data management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product information.

Position is based in Premium Guard’s Mt. Carmel, IL office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.16 - $23.08 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
