Job Responsibilities SEO and Content Optimization:
- Manage and improve organic search rankings through keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Create high-quality, targeted content for product listings, category pages, and website updates to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Google Ads and Digital Campaigns:
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and improve ad performance.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue and ROAS goals.
Website Management:
- Analyze and enhance website performance, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
- Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to improve usability and drive sales.
Basic Image and Content Creation:
- Handle day-to-day image editing and content creation for digital product listings and website materials.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the company’s branding and quality standards.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
- Present weekly reports on performance metrics and campaign results during strategy meetings.
Strategic Planning:
- Participate in weekly meetings to develop and refine strategies for new product launches and market penetration.
- Assist with insights and strategies for new sales channels as needed, including B2B.
Skills and QualificationsRequired:
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s seller platform, including product listing optimization, Amazon Ads, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Ads.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design and image editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon).
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of product photography or the ability to assist with simple image creation as needed.
