  • Safety Awareness : Prioritizes safety, particularly when operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of landscapers on residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
  • Oversee the installation of hardscaping elements (pavers, retaining walls, etc.) and softscaping (planting, sod, irrigation, etc.).
  • Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and ensuring proper techniques and safety standards are followed.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate with project managers to ensure that timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment and tools.
  • Assist with material ordering and inventory management as needed.

    • Schedule : This is a permanent position with a work week consisting of an average of 40 hours - Mon thru Fri
