Position Summary:
As a Luxury Spirits Sales & Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our brand—both in-store and at customers’ doors. Your role blends top-tier retail service with prompt and professional delivery. You’ll assist customers in selecting premium products, manage transactions, and ensure timely, secure deliveries to residences and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Offer product recommendations based on client preferences
- Ensure proper handling and presentation of high-end merchandise
- Coordinate and complete local deliveries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment
- Uphold all legal requirements related to the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising as needed
Requirements:
- Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for deliveries
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or delivery preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift and transport boxes up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
