Responsibilities :
- Data Entry : Perform accurate data entry to support various departments, ensuring timely completion.
- Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile external bank accounts to align with internal records.
- Accounts Payable (AP) : Process invoices, verify transactions, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) : Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Internal Reconciliation : Conduct monthly account reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Payout Sheets : Prepare and review payout sheets for accuracy and timely processing.
- ACH Debits : Oversee ACH debit transactions, ensuring secure and precise payments.
