The Opportunity:
PMF is seeking a Strategy & Finance Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business development. You will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects that shape the company’s strategic direction, including portfolio management, competitive analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic projects driving business performance, market positioning, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with financial modeling and analysis for investment opportunities and market entry strategies.
- Support due diligence processes for investments and acquisitions, focusing on risk and synergy assessments.
- Prepare presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage special projects that impact long-term growth and financial analysis.
- Create offer materials, including Indications of Interest and Letters of Intent.
- Support deal management and assist in the creation of investment evaluation memos.
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited 4-year university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Must be in the final or penultimate year of study.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle complex problems diplomatically and maintain focus under pressure.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
