We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of inventory management, loss prevention, and warehouse organization, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while adhering to operational standards.

Job Responsibilities :
Oversee and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels through cycle counts and spot checks.
Verify proper counts and quality of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including POs and transfers.
Prevent inventory losses through the implementation of effective controls and procedures.
Manage returns to stock and ensure compliance with corporate inventory policies.
Ensure all documentation, including BOLs, packing slips, and other records, is accurate and completed promptly.
Maintain compliance with established operational procedures and workflows.
Coordinate with the Houston corporate office to align cycle count schedules and reporting.
Effectively manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Create and maintain fair 24 / 7 staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage and operational efficiency.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support growth and development.
Address performance issues and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
Attend quarterly and annual reviews to provide detailed updates on inventory status, challenges, and improvements.
Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
Document and communicate both positive outcomes and any losses within the warehouse operations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Leadership skills with experience in team supervision, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems preferably Epicor.
Strong analytical skills for inventory reporting and problem-solving.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by a 24 / 7 operation.
Physical capability to oversee warehouse operations, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment.
