We are looking for a compassionate and skilled medical assistant with at least one year of primary care experience to join our concierge primary care office. We have a small, collaborative team that strives to be professional, relaxed, and fun while providing quality medical care at the highest level for our patients. Our office sees an average of 12 patients per day, which allows us to deliver highly accessible and personalized care to our patients.

Duties:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Complete lab procedures, including specimen collection and processing.
- Perform basic life support techniques in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email.
- Send in non-controlled medications (and complete PA's, if needed).
- Provide patient education on medication instructions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Assist with processing referrals.
Requirements:
- Lab/phlebotomy experience.
- Previous experience working in a primary care office.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs measurements accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with EHR systems and PA's/referrals.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
