What are the responsibilities and job description for the BLENDS TEAM LEAD position at Premium Production?

We are looking for a full-time Blends Team Lead located in Hildale, Utah. As the Blends Team Lead, you will be responsible for making quality products in an effective and timely manner. You will do this by using your time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills to run the blending operations.
What you will do:
- Ensure the blending operations start on time
- Oversee all positions of the blending team
- Address and resolve any problems or issues promptly within your responsibility
- Train and shadow new team members in each position
- Clean the manufacturing area regularly
- Document standard operating procedures and batches as needed
What you must bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in an environment with fruits, vegetables, and spices
- Collaboration, communication and listening skills
- A professional and detail-oriented approach
- A strong work ethic and integrity
- Decision-making and prioritization skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
Pay: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 3:30 p.m.
