What are the responsibilities and job description for the PACKAGING AND LABELING TEAM LEAD position at Premium Production?
Premium Production is a manufacturing company building a team to help change the world.
Located in Hildale, Hurricane, and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time and on-site Packaging and Labeling Team Lead.
What you will do:
- Understand and operate these machines: bottle unscrambler, slat counter, capper, induction sealer, sleever, heat tunnel, and printer
- Assist with workspace cleaning, sanitization, and organizing as needed
- Monitor and report any machine and production issues
- Record practices as needed
- Ensure the daily targets are met
- Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards
- Ensure every team member in the section is trained on the machines and their functions
- Participate in team meetings and training as needed
- Enforce standards, policies, and quotas with the team
- Collaborate with management to set and successfully achieve section goals

You must bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Able to work around fruits, vegetables, and spices
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or another FDA-regulated industry
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: This position has 2 available schedules:
- Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
