Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service Lead

The Lead Retail Service Merchandiser is a key representative of Acosta, our clients, and customers. They lead and execute reset and remodel work, ensuring the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as team lead for reset organization and execution, partnering with store personnel for scheduling and communication.
• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete resets effectively, possessing knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
• Perform duties like moving shelves, displaying merchandise, attaching tags, checking date codes, and processing packouts, restocks, and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build relationships.
• Report observations and issues to immediate Supervisor.
• Work with web-based applications to indicate availability, check schedules, accept assignments, receive documentation, and record work times and mileage.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage reset-related documentation.
• Perform job safely by demonstrating awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques, and alerting management to unsafe acts or conditions.
• Understand and follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred, with prior sales agent, retail, and reset responsibility experience.
• Demonstrate strong core competencies, including comfort with technology, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and willingness to work in cold environmental conditions.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills, with effective reading and communication abilities.
• Requires a valid driver's license and daily access to the internet for working in web-based applications, email, and basic computer applications.
