Join our 12-week program (5 / 26 / 25 - 8 / 15 / 25) designed for college juniors eager to jumpstart their careers in the retail industry. Premium seeks to provide a rewarding opportunity to interns to develop technical, management, and leadership skills outside of the classroom. Upon full completion of the internship, there is a $1000 bonus.
- Receive training and perform duties in several functional areas such as client solutions, operations, retail, sales or other administrative support departments.
- Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Monitor performance progress based on goals created with management and key trainers / mentors.
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Receive training in functions and operations of multiple departments to facilitate cross-functional knowledge and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
- Attend company-sponsored training classes.
- Attend company-sponsored events.
- Complete a project assigned through management at the beginning of the internship. With the guidance of assigned mentors, will present out the project work and results to the local leadership team.
