The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth and business targets in 3-4 retail locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the recruitment and development of top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
- Inspiring and motivating teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
- Embodying a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
