Role Purpose
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales. You’ll interact directly with hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities, ensuring timely access to the products they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Onboard New Clients: Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into valued customers.
- Manage and Expand Current Accounts: Grow existing relationships by understanding evolving client needs and offering relevant product solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Employ effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable and enduring partnerships.
- High-Volume Communication: Handle both inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintaining a consistent volume of activity.
